The American Arbitration Association is seeking detail-oriented Temporary Case Administrators to support arbitration and mediation case administration. This fully remote role provides administrative and customer service support to ensure fair and efficient dispute resolution processes. Responsibilities Manage arbitration/mediation case tasks and schedules Communicate with parties, attorneys, arbitrators, and mediators Maintain accurate case records in the PRISM case management system Prepare and send correspondence; coordinate calls and video conferences Apply fee schedules and support billing activities Provide timely, professional customer service and problem-solving Skills Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret legal documents and procedural rules Intermediate skills in bolthires Outlook, Word, and Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality Company Overview AAA offers ADR services and products to enterprises of all sizes and industries.
