Operating over 100 short-term rental properties, our mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences while protecting and maximizing value for our property owners. We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused Communications Manager to lead our communications department and ensure seamless operations across teams, guests, and owners.
Position Overview
The Reservation Manager will oversee all guest and owner communication efforts, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely interactions. This role manages a small team responsible for day-to-day engagement with guests and property owners, including reservation handling, issue resolution, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the communications department for a portfolio of 100+ properties.
• Supervise and support a small team of communication specialists handling guest and owner interactions. • Answer all incoming calls Monday – Friday for guest related questions and bookings. Oversee all reservations, modifications, and booking-related requests. • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations and clear communication flow. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, prioritizing fairness and satisfaction for both guests and property owners.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness across all communication channels. Qualifications • Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer experience required. • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. • Tech-savvy, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven ability to maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, and internal teams.
