Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our Clinical Research and Data Analysis team.

You'll be responsible for producing high-quality, certifiable proof (RWE) through cutting-edge research and innovative methodologies in the clinical trials space. Your expertise will be essential in driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with our team of experts to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities * Mine crude information sources to extract normalized, analysis-ready patient data from in-house information resources or authorized platforms, analyze and interpret results, and help shape investigation methodology.

* Collaborate with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trials team to convey meaningful insights from real-world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests. * Clean, transform, and store data into an integrated data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization. * Perform data mining and statistical analysis to examine RWE/RWD and uncover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes. * Support the development of real-world evidence, investigation, and stage capabilities, applying advanced research and tools to resolve logical queries from biopharmaceutical organizations.

* Work collaboratively on the design and execution of results research studies. * Ensure high-quality, thorough, and interpretable expectations from RWE review and investigations. * Develop dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use. * Conduct a reasonable level of effort on new certifiable information suppliers, vendors, and drive RWD quality evaluations to inform project decisions. Essential Capabilities * Experience in designing and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses related to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data.

* Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, clustering and dimensionality reduction, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis. * Experience handling large datasets from various information sources. * Experience managing protected patient health data. * Familiarity with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI analytics tools. Preferred Capabilities * PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, software engineering, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field.

* Skill in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and claims data sets. * Ability in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode). * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR). * Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions.

* Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics. * Understanding of analytics and AI techniques, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills.
