The Role As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our customer-centric approach. You'll be responsible for creating virtual studies, from bills to rewards to servicing, that maintain our connections with customers and serve them at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities * Drive the development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on an intimate understanding of customer, business, and technology needs. * Participate in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design, integrating customer research, usability research, and market evaluation into actionable product requirements.
* Lead customer-facing strategic initiatives to drive commercial results, enhance customer stories, and boost agility in product development. * Force products through improvement, testing, and launch, advocating for the best outcomes. * Write and prioritize capabilities for new products and product upgrades, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders. * Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Mobile, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more, to outline and pivot product desires. * Present product facts and customer feedback post-launch.
Conduct A/B tests and check-and-learn in partnership with virtual platform teams to refine features and enhance customer engagement. * Work closely with IT teams and oversee the shipping of products. Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in product development. * Bachelor's degree. * Deep curiosity, enjoys creative problem-solving, has a robust interest in data and a can-do mindset, and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and commercial enterprise. * Strong end-customer awareness and knowledge of customer empathy.
* Experience working with tools like Rally or similar tools; prioritizing features based on business/customer value and feasibility, accomplishing product owner check validations. * Ability to navigate technical, regulatory, and verbal communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives. * Proven strategic thought leadership to increase and iterate the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring global reusability. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple task priorities and drive flawless execution in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
* Outstanding communication skills with the potential to interact and impact colleagues and senior leaders. * Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile product development environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with data entry software and systems. * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. * Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. * Experience with project management methodologies and tools. * Certification in product development, Agile, or related fields.
