Key Responsibilities As a Funding Associate – Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless processing and finalization of retail and lease agreements from various dealerships. Your adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in navigating a dynamic setting with evolving rules, regulations, and policies.

Key responsibilities include: * Scrutinizing and authenticating retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to arenaflex policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. * Managing incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. * Actively engaging in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. * Fulfilling other assigned duties as required.
