Responsibilities: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and patient reference sources regarding nutrition treatment request status.
* Triaging calls to different departments. * Confirming patient demographics and insurance data to ensure accurate shipment. * Handling new patient orders and refreshing electronic clinical records. * Working with the patient confirmations division to assist in welcoming patients onto services with the organization. Required Capabilities: * At least one year of experience working in a client-facing environment. * Experience with data entry. * Experience working in bolthires Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Capabilities: * Home infusion or strong clinical equipment (DME) experience. * Call center experience. * Experience working in a healthcare setting. About arenaflex's
