Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and provide creative answers to customer questions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and performance metrics. Strong technical skills, with the ability to use various software applications, including chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset in this role: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment.
Familiarity with bolthires Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms. Experience with CRM systems or other customer service software.
