As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. You will be part of our arenaflex Contact Center team, promoting loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients and creating customer insights that drive team performance. Key Responsibilities Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and apply this knowledge to resolve customer inquiries Answer incoming inquiries via various media channels, including phone, email, and chat Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude Act with integrity at all times, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a fair and transparent manner Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Take ownership of customer inquiries, working towards a resolution and escalating issues as necessary Efficiently use internal systems and resources to resolve customer inquiries and improve process efficiency Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve customer inquiries and meet performance targets Adhere to schedules, company policies, and procedures, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a consistent and professional manner What You Need to Be Successful To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent Basic computer knowledge, with demonstrated proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience) A strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to external and internal customers A collaborative nature, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment Good problem-solving ability, with the capacity to guide customers through solutions and resolve issues in a fair and transparent manner A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines A "whatever it takes" attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, and the ability to adapt to changing work processes and environments Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience

Advanced computer knowledge, with demonstrated proficiency in bolthires Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working in a contact center environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
