Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely and efficient processing of prescriptions Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless prescription processing and excellent customer service Triage customer care requests by department, urgency, and information/response required Compute or verify correct dosages based on prescriptions Assist with reviewing opioid Rx's to ensure they are in the correct format Provide dispensing pharmacist information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by the computer Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
