The Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Onboard & Leisure Product Development will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform product development, reporting, and operational support.
This role will serve as the analytical and operational backbone for onboard product tasks, including the enhancement of existing products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products) and the design and implementation of new products. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for onboard product applications and tasks, including control of arenaflex's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform product development, reporting, and operational support * Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to support business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services * Provide expert-level support for onboard product applications and tasks, including control of arenaflex's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product development and improvement Essential
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data science, mathematics) * 1+ years of experience in product, operations, or application control * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, Python, R) Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience working in the airline or hospitality industry * Onboard experience, either as a flight attendant or working closely with flight crews on the operations side * Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, bolthires Cloud) Work Environment:
