Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Healthcare Data Management to at arenaflex. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and assess data adaptation opportunities, develop and implement data management processes, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. With a strong focus on process improvement, you will work closely with various lines of business to strengthen data adaptation products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to enhance current data adaptation products and services, and develop new ones Develop and implement data management processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals Provide contract management and analysis to ensure execution and management of business terms, including core analysis related to pharmaceutical manufacturer agreements Support business relationships with existing and new data product/services clients, acting as a data subject matter expert (SME) and collaborating with internal teams, including IT Participate in or contribute to regulatory or contractual reviews with data analysis as a SME Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME Work in a matrix environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical manufacturer associations with Procurement, Public Records Management, and Specialty Pharmacy, Pharma, Payer, and Health systems Partners on data adaptation and related contractual requirements Manage channel entry business and benefit directly Build and maintain strong relationships with connections while communicating arenaflex needs regarding pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, program/product development, account management, and clinical services Responsible for a cross-functional influential role across arenaflex to create visibility and collaborative energies Support new business development by providing project plan and process details to make recommendations for new services and/or reporting/analytics capabilities Coordinate and control activities, plans, and projects in area of responsibility Advise on various data adaptation initiatives and drives to ensure that any data-related changes and conditions are identified, communicated, documented, and managed to ensure adherence with organizational requirements and Enterprise Data Management established standards Mentor, coach, and develop employees through guidance, training, and performance management programs to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty Lead delivery and support of current and new research products, including but not limited to advances in collaboration with external vendors to provide data and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health system partners Define and partner closely with the IT team to develop and monitor metrics that impact current organizational data delivery services and analysis products Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop systems that meet department and company objectives within budget and established timelines Experience in identifying service/operational issues and recommending and implementing procedures to resolve issues Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals) Experience in program management and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) Additional experience in data management, analysis, or a related field Certifications or training in project management, data analysis, or a related field Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
