The Compliance Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of compliance monitoring arrangements, managing risk evaluations, and utilizing business intelligence tools like Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and Masters for data analysis. The position requires expertise in data extraction, mining, and management, along with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills.
It offers an exceptional combination of technical data analysis and compliance management, addressing both pharmacy and front-end regulations at arenaflex, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and standards across the entire scope of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned area of responsibility. Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols. Design and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Manager.
Analyze and report monitoring results. Prepare and format reports of monitoring activities, results, and related corrective action plans (CAPs). Prepare and deliver reports of monitoring outcomes and provide recommendations to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks. Essential Qualifications At least 4 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends. Experience working with data analytical tools and processes.
At least 4 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements relating to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries. Experience working with confidential or highly sensitive data. Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization.
Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Masters, etc. Skilled in extracting and mining data, along with expertise in data warehousing, data profiling, and understanding of statistical concepts like regression, data science, and machine learning. Advanced skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
