Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A & Data Entry Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success at arenaflex. You will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and analysis to support business decisions, as well as developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reports. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions * Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business strategy and drive growth * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for bolthires savings and process improvements * Develop and implement financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and tools to support business growth * Provide expert financial guidance and analysis to support business decisions * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, finance teams, and external partners * Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and bolthires savings * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions * Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business strategy and drive growth Essential Qualifications * Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification * Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial reporting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders * Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Preferred Qualifications * Experience of working in the retail/licensing sector and/or big media enterprise * Experience of commercial management and running with a nearby finance and commercial head office * Proven experience of providing commercial aid to a business partner, with a strong track record of providing insightful, well-timed, responsive, and accurate support * Experience of building powerful relationships and managing stakeholders within a big, multi-national, matrix organization * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and insightful reports that provide key messaging at the right time Skills and Competencies * Demonstrable track record of providing commercial aid to a business partner that is insightful, well-timed, responsive, and accurate * Confirmed experience of building powerful relationships and managing stakeholders within a big, multi-national, matrix organization * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and insightful reports that provide key messaging at the right time * Numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to think through and clear up problems * Ability to manipulate multiple stakeholders with competing deadlines * Result-centered and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
