Job Overview We're hiring full-time inbound phone service representatives to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of onsite and remote work. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Work collaboratively with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions Utilize computer programs and systems to manage customer accounts, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and implement return procedures Provide product information, answer customer questions, and make recommendations to meet customer needs Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment Ability to commute to our facility in Janesville, WI, and work in a hybrid environment with a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including bolthires Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Stable internet connection with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $17.25, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $18.45 per hour. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as paid time off, company holidays, and access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday.
