Job Overview In this role, you will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. You will be part of an organically diverse team from 40 countries where all members contribute and support each other's success and well-being, united as "One arenaflex."
Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support and greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus. Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related field. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare-related concepts. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.
