Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets, and working with warm / cold leads. You'll be responsible for contacting, nurturing, and securing appointments with prospective customers provided by the company primarily through calling, while also occasionally reaching out to cold leads as needed.
The ideal candidate is motivated by sales success, highly organized, and excited to grow within a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities • Contact and close an unlimited number of warm leads provided by the company. • Cold call and email prospective customers when needed. • Build strong relationships with prospects to drive appointment success. • Set high-quality meetings and appointments for the sales team. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment goals. • Manage and organize a calendar of client appointments efficiently.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot). • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize client engagement strategies. • Stay up-to-date on company services, product offerings, and industry trends. • Provide information and customer support across channels, including social media if required. • Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs.
