Job Description
I’m hiring a podcast scriptwriter for a solo, founder-led podcast focused on systems, operations, decision-making, and calm growth. This podcast is not motivational, not SEO-driven, and not personality-led. It’s about how founders actually think and operate once the chaos sets in. You will write full scripts that I will deliver via teleprompter. I will add final emphasis and personal nuance — your job is clarity, structure, and precision. What You’ll Be Writing • Full scripts for 15-minute solo podcast episodes • Approx.
1,200–1,500 words per episode • Clear structure: • direct hook • framed problem • 3–4 logical sections • directive close Scripts must be spoken-word ready and easy to deliver cleanly on camera. Tone & Style (Non-Negotiable) • Calm, confident, and authoritative • Systems-first thinking • Declarative language • Neutral, composed delivery Absolutely no: • motivational or hype language • buzzwords or “growth hacks” • therapy or emotional framing • SEO optimisation or keyword stuffing • listicle or blog-style writing Think: operator clarity, not content marketing.
You’re a Fit If • You’ve written podcast or bolthires scripts before • You understand founders, burnout, decision fatigue, and operational chaos • You can write clearly without over-explaining • You follow briefs precisely • You’re comfortable ghostwriting and staying invisible You’re Not a Fit If • You primarily write SEO blogs or articles • You rely on storytelling fluff or frameworks • You want creative control or to “find the voice” • You write in a sales or motivational tone Apply tot his job
