The Clinical Scheduling Coordinator is a position requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented individual. This role manages clinical staff schedules across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain nursing schedules across multiple clinics and states, balancing staffing needs with clinic demands and ensuring all schedules are posted well in advance • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioner Managers to adjust schedules for PTO, call outs, staffing shortages, or new center launches.

• Coordinate shifts for per diem and registry employees. • Provide administrative support to the clinical leadership team including documentation, & reporting for attendance, PRN utilization, and clinic hours of operation • Communicate regularly with HR and recruitment teams to address scheduling gaps and support onboarding. • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure scheduling compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Education & Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare.

• Prior administrative support experience in a clinical or infusion setting strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and bolthires Office Suite. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
