Job Overview In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless information management and data representation to support the execution of effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales, analytics, and marketing teams to create a robust data workflow and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making for our sales and marketing leaders. Key Responsibilities Performance Reporting: Responsible for data management, streamlining, purging, and representation of sales performance across various categories and customers. Data Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc investigations with in-depth data analysis, including volumes, net revenue, and performance versus focus to identify "bottlenecks," strengths, and opportunities in the market. Scorecard Development: Develop, update, and distribute scorecards per channel and customer, and advance the "zero-touch" automation of scorecards for live data perception using Power BI.
Stakeholder Support: Support the Key Account Manager with data to develop winning trade strategies with customers, and serve as the primary resource for the team on data management and representation. Presentation Support: Assist the Team Manager with data insights for presentations to senior management. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and Power BI for dashboard development.
Fluency in both English and Spanish. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across different channels. Effective relational skills. High proactivity and responsiveness, as well as attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a sales support or data analysis role. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
