Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Maintaining a technical understanding of issues affecting customer product lines and coordinating containment and rectification plans * Making timely and effective in-person customer connections to advance in-person execution of the product and oversee execution of contractual commitments to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded * Directing and driving customer activities through MRO Administration Conveyance Association and specialty unit partners on key record contract expectations * Creating, overseeing, and conveying customer performance metrics, coordinating/seat customer business surveys through balance scorecards, as required * Keeping up with specialized product offering capability through consistent training * Ensuring internal specialty unit partners clearly understand specialized aspects of record contracts and key expectations, logical or computational procedures, such as probability models, AI, data mining, design recognition, data representation, predictive analysis, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and other similarly complex strategies * Managing assigned parts of projects including business targets, data collection and processing, driving methodologies, final calculation, detailed set of results, and insightful metrics * Helping create materials to explain project findings * Raising issues and roadblocks as they occur * Collaborating with colleagues and peers, and may connect with external partners to provide semi-regular data connected with assigned projects USA Job Market Trends:
