Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Manager to join our Virtual Entertainment Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive business results and create memorable experiences for our customers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities * Develop and operationalize social media support methodologies and guidelines, including setting group vision, creating key metrics, planning flexible cycles, and achieving group objectives across all brand verticals. * Lead a team of pioneers and individual patrons daily while directing DTC's online entertainment support technique and execution across a global impression.

* Proactively identify shortcomings and holes in current social media ideal models and drive goals to improve functional work processes and the customer experience. * Collaborate with senior leaders cross-functionally to work towards a unified customer experience while supporting the greater objectives as they relate to Virtual Entertainment procedures for all arenaflex brands. * Work with partners to ensure the development and approval of methodologies and content for global social groups, ensuring each brand is informed with a suitable tone and voice.

* Lead and guide go-to-market launches and product launches, working together with all partners and cross-functional teams to ensure social presence is properly addressed and supported. * Support incident management needs during high-impact situations, serving as the POC for chief briefings while directing social reaction, working together with Leader, PR, and Legal direction. Required Capabilities and Abilities * BS/BA degree or significant professional experience * 2+ years' experience working with a team, ability to empower and foster colleagues, it is an or more to lead pioneers * 4+ years' involvement with online entertainment or online community management, shown the capacity to drive business results through online movement * Experience with online entertainment in the executive stages, e.g., Salesforce (Administration Cloud), Fledgling, Hootsuite, Listenfirst, Qualtrics, Sprinklr * A steady history of creating and operationalizing innovative online social projects * High insightful connection with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and AppFollow or more * Demonstrated comprehension of which measurements and instruments assist with further developing the customer experience through friendly channels * Display a high capacity to bear setting exchanging and interferences while staying useful and ready to give powerful direction Preferred Capabilities * Astounding written and verbal communication skills * Experience with innovation, amusement, and dividing buyer crowds * Capacity to work together well with cross-functional groups * Esteem responsibility and take responsibility from beginning to end * Move toward difficulties head-on with a positive and drawn approach USA Job Market Trends
