Job Summary As a Data Analyst II, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
You'll work closely with our business and product partners to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities * Research, gather, and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business outcomes * Collaborate with business and product partners to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes * Apply statistical and data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer data * Develop and maintain data quality instruments to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle data from various sources * Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting and presentations Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Presto, and Power BI * Strong narrative experience with data storytelling and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with data quality instruments such as bolthires DataPlex, Collibra Information Quality, or SAS Information Management * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow planning frameworks * Experience working with complex data on cloud platforms such as bolthires Bigquery and Hive * Basic understanding of statistics and AI models * Prior experience in the retail or financial services industries Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics * Experience with data science tools such as Prophet, Teradata, Hive, AWS Redshift, Sky blue Neurotransmitter Investigation, or Snowflake * Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI * Experience with machine learning algorithms and models * Strong experience with data governance and data quality frameworks * Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
