Role: Customer Service Representative –
Remote In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications: High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of experience working in a customer service role, with conflict resolution experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional and optimistic attitude in challenging situations Preferred
Qualifications: Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices Exposure to labor guides and part pricing, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical information Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
