The Investment Analyst will assist clients in financing multifamily projects through various lending programs and provide analytical support to the Real Estate Investment team. Responsibilities Work as part of a Real Estate Investment team to provide in-depth analysis of real estate debt transactions for clients across a variety of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA Provide analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review and preparation of loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis Exposure to entire loan process from originations to closing Interact professionally both internally and externally with senior management, originators, deal managers, borrowers, brokers, and correspondents Provide superior analytical support to senior members of the team on a variety of ad-hoc assignments and long-term projects
The Real Estate Investment Analyst position is typically a three-year assignment.
