Position Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence.
You will engage, consult, and educate members on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide members along a clear path to care, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure they receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence * Engage, consult, and educate members on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources * Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure members receive the best possible experience * Utilize medical terminology to understand and address member needs * Maintain accuracy and production standards in a fast-paced environment * Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure their needs are met * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service Essential Qualifications * Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently * Understanding of medical terminology * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards * Negotiation skills * Technical skills * Problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Analytical skills Preferred Qualifications * Customer Service Call Center Experience * Education: High School or GED equivalent Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
