Job Summary As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport.
You'll be the ambassador of arenaflex, providing personalized support, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships, driving client loyalty, and promoting arenaflex's brand values. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor * Provide exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients * Resolve client issues and concerns in a proactive and efficient manner * Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations * Offer personalized recommendations for travel, dining, and lifestyle experiences * Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client requirements * Maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm in all interactions Essential Qualifications * A minimum of 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting * Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience * Proven ability to adjust to client needs with proactive solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor * Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored recommendations * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a focus on customer experience and relationship-building * Knowledge of travel, dining, and lifestyle experiences, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for promoting the brand * Ability to work effectively in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on using digital tools to enhance the client experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results and improving processes Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor * Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored recommendations * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results and improving processes
