The role involves leading Foodservice Deduction Management, collaborating with internal and external partners, and enhancing business processes across Accounts Receivable teams. Responsibilities Gather and interpret data to solve problems at multiple levels Support M&A activities, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for managed services partners Identify problems and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions Create reporting and provide analysis that drives resolution Present findings that enable understanding and informed decision-making Improve business processes and address customer requests Collaborate across departments and organizational levels Document business processes and recommend improvements Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues Thrive in an ambiguous business environment while managing priorities Organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Collaborate across geographies and cultures, influencing peers and getting work done through others Act as an escalation contact for internal and external partners Exemplify our values of Integrity, External Focus, Broad-mindedness, Agility, Leadership, and Results while fostering a vibrant culture Skills Bachelor's degree in a business-related field 1+ years of business-related experience Detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity Self-starter who works independently under general supervision Strong critical thinking skills Technical aptitude with Power BI experience Experience working in a fun, Agile environment Domestic and international travel may be required Benefits
