The role involves connecting with potential clients to provide insurance solutions, with a focus on mortgage protection and retirement options, all while working from home. Responsibilities Potential clients are requesting information by either filling out a form via direct mail, calling a 1-800 number, or completing an online ad on one of many social media platforms Agents text and/or call to set up appointments to meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to help them apply for the coverage.
Many applications for clients are taking 10 minutes or less, with instant decision results Match clients with appropriate insurance solutions (mortgage protection, life, final expense, retirement, etc.) Full time agents put in 5-10 hours on the phone, 10-20 hours running appointments, and 5-10 hours on administrative tasks & training calls Skills Active Life Insurance License, or willingness to get one Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and willing to undergo a background check Self-motivated to work from home part-time or full-time Results driven with unwavering integrity, intense work ethic and exceptional coachability Have a growth mindset with desire to move up within the company Passionate about personal development Eager to follow a proven system to become successful Benefits 1-on-1 mentorship Warm leads are available - there is NO COLD CALLING.
