In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and floral partners, providing top-notch support via phone and email while ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer. Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate Tier 1 support to our customers and floral partners via phone and email Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide helpful solutions Accurately identify and escalate complex technical issues to our engineering team Ensure an outstanding experience for every customer by going the extra mile to resolve their concerns Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and overall user experience Help customers and partners maximize their use of BloomNation's platform to grow their businesses Skills A natural knack for connecting with people Passion for small businesses Tech-savviness Exceptional communication skills Grace under pressure Customer service experience Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a plus Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail or service industry experience is a big plus) Company Overview Promenade was founded as a business expansion of a fleet of industry-specific software platforms.
