The ISV Relationship Manager is responsible for prospecting and closing sales with business owners and ISV partners, managing the full sales process and maintaining communication with the ISV District Sales Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for converting leads to sales from our ISV partners and self-source payments opportunities Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Salesforce and Atlas Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN Continuously build and develop knowledge of current partnerships, product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the ISV partner portfolio, to remain up-to-date Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Skills 18 years of age or older
This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary In accordance with state law, a background check may be conducted after a conditional offer of employment Completion of mandatory drug screening prior to starting the role Live in area relative to job posting location Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner management skills Works well independently and as part of a team; coachability is a must Pipeline management Incentive-driven sales 'hunter' and 'closer'
