What You'll Do As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in streamlining the procurement process, ensuring the timely arrival of aircraft parts, and supporting the company's material goals.
Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards. * Working with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, to ensure that critical issues are addressed promptly. * Providing past-due notifications to vendors, to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain. * Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to ensure that materials are readily available when needed. * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data, to maintain accurate records. * Creating and updating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, to provide visibility into procurement processes. * Staying up-to-date with relevant buying records and information within buying software programs. * Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, to ensure seamless communication. * Collaborating with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, which may impact the supply chain.
* Assisting Managers in resolving receipt issues, to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery. * Working with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate any potentially hazardous situations, to ensure a safe and efficient supply chain. Essential Qualifications * Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/management skills. * Strong background in inventory management, expediting, or production planning. * Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications * 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expediting role, or equivalent experience in a production environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal divisions and external vendors. * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
