Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to, focusing on physician billing for multiple clients. As a primary source of communication for patients' billing inquiries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality customer service and patient satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A high school degree or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a medical customer service role preferred. Previous experience in a call center environment, with proficiency in bolthires Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with medical billing systems, such as GE Centricity or EPIC, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assist patients with sensitive and confidential issues.
