Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, chat, and email, resolving complex issues and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency * Process service requests, working with insurance carriers and documenting transactions on the agency portal * Develop conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, collaborating with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery * Participate in regular coaching sessions with Operations Manager to enhance your skills and performance * Have the opportunity to obtain a P&C license after 1 year, expanding your career opportunities in the insurance industry * Work flexible hours between 8am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday, with the option to work 10-7 PM EST or 11-8 PM EST (late shift comes with increased shift differential) Requirements * 1 year of customer service experience, with a demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to self-manage, demonstrate personable accountability, and effectively collaborate in a team environment * Insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required * Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system/bolt platform Competencies * Collaborative: Partners with a range of people to create trust and co-create mutually beneficial outcomes, develops collaborative and dynamic working relationships, and resolves disputes using a range of tactics to prioritize positive outcomes * Curious: Actively seeks to learn from others, is inquisitive to increase knowledge and competence, and expands understanding of the team's key activities for improved collaboration * Adaptable: Looks to understand the bigger picture rationale for changes, adapts in a flexible and nimble manner, and takes a test-and-learn approach to determine the best course of action * Customer Focus: Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, prioritizes customer needs, and addresses concerns with a sense of urgency Qualifications and Skills * Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Detail-oriented, self-starter, and strong organizational skills * Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills * Ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system/bolt platform What We Offer * Competitive salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Paid time off + Parental leave + Referral program + Vision insurance + Work from home * Opportunity to obtain a P&C license after 1 year * Regular coaching sessions with Operations Manager to enhance your skills and performance * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and advancing your career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you!
