Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process transactions, including item returns, order voids, customer discounts, and cash drops to the safe Maintain accurate records, including sales registers, inventory management, and customer interactions Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, including E-learnings and special projects Shadow regional leaders to gain insight into store operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (additional languages may be an asset) Ability to work flexible schedules, including evening and weekend hours Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of store inventory control and management systems Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
