Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Marketing Automation specialist to build a complete lead nurturing system inside our HubSpot portal. The project involves creating an 8-step automated email sequence that aligns with our buyer journey and drives prospects toward conversion. Each email should be structured with proper personalization, timing logic, and engagement-focused content. In addition to the sequence, we need a behavior-based workflow that uses If/Then branching to adjust the nurturing path based on user actions.
The workflow must respond to email opens, CTA clicks, content downloads, and periods of inactivity. High-intent leads should be automatically moved into a priority segment and assigned to the sales team with tasks or notifications. Cold or inactive leads should be placed into a re-engagement flow to recover potential opportunities. We also need a well-structured Lead Scoring system that evaluates both behavioral signals and profile attributes. Scoring thresholds must clearly define when a lead becomes an MQL or SQL so our sales team can follow up immediately.
The final automation should reduce manual workload, improve qualification accuracy, and accelerate our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for setting up the workflow, configuring the email sequence, and implementing the scoring rules. Deliverables must include the complete automation build, documentation of the logic, and an optional walkthrough video.
