Responsibilities
- Respond to new inquiries within minutes using CRM and automated tools
- Qualify leads quickly and schedule appointments with loan officers
- Maintain pipeline visibility and prioritize high-intent borrowers
- Conduct initial member outreach via phone, email and text
- Provide timely updates and reminders to keep members engaged
- Track communication in CRM to ensure no borrower is left unattended
- Become familiar with Fannie Mae guidelines to evaluate members overall credit/risk standing, perform needs assessment
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales and service goals, including CRM SLAβs
- Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations related to mortgage loan origination
- Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed
Skills
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1-2 years mortgage lending preferred
- Must excel and have experience in customer and relationship management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, sales and telemarketing skills
- Skillful at prioritizing work and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
