Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Specialist to in Palo Alto, USA. As a key member of our Information and Investigation team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Venture Information Distribution center and BI stage, utilizing a range of data/BI tools to drive business growth and success.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative data solutions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain our Venture Information Distribution center and BI stage using a range of data/BI tools * Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Wind current to extract, transform, and load data from various sources * Build ad-hoc reports to help more inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau * Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and ensure efficient delivery of projects * Communicate technical and business themes in a 360-degree design, as required, using written, verbal, and presentation materials * Develop, maintain, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs * Take ownership and deliver process improvements * Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends * Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business What You'll Bring * 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Wind current * Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica * Strong skills in SQL and query writing * Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills * Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines * Strong experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level leaders What We Offer * Competitive salary of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options
