Role: As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Remote, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our healthcare clients and assisting members with their insurance-related needs.

You'll be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: * Provide inbound customer support and greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures. * Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.

* Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. * Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. * Provide support for inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Qualifications: * Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation. * Minimum 6 months customer service experience. * Verifiable High School diploma or GED.

* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. * Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. * Eagerness to learn new technologies. What's in it for you?
