Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions. * Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences. * Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, empowering them to make informed decisions. * Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, upholding the trust placed in arenaflex. * Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and growth. * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, driving excellence in customer service.
Requirements: To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required. * Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers, building trust and rapport. * Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software.
