We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to at arenaflex, a leading organization dedicated to driving positive change in the community healthcare sector. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office space and facilities, while also providing IT support and administrative services to our team. About arenaflex arenaflex is a philanthropic partnership organization that supports Oregon's community health centers (CHCs), also known as federally qualified health centers (FQHCs).
Our mission is to lead the transformation of primary care to achieve health equity for all through our values of data-driven advocacy, integrity, collaboration, and innovation. We achieve our goals by working with peer network associations, training platforms, site visits, learning collaboratives, and data-driven improvement projects, as well as partnering with policymakers and stakeholders to share the impact of health centers in their communities and advocate for policies that improve patients' lives and the capacity of health centers to serve them.
About the Role As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including but not limited to: * Managing the IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting * Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, greeting guests, and handling office requests * Coordinating office activities, including meetings, events, and training sessions * Maintaining accurate records and databases, including HRIS and other systems * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations * Collaborating with the Agent Chief and HR Sr.
Manager to develop and implement operational plans, crisis management plans, and project management strategies * Providing training and support to new employees, including onboarding, technology training, and office procedures What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent project management skills, who is passionate about making things run smoothly and efficiently. You should be able to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines, and have a strong attention to detail.
You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
