About the Role We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced customer support representatives to join our remote online team.

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and managing your tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working as part of a team to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, with a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to meet your needs and the needs of your teammate. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively Manage your tasks and responsibilities independently, taking ownership of your work and ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved Collaborate with your teammate to provide seamless coverage and support to our customers, including rotating weekends and holidays Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, task management ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

You must be a native U.S. English speaker and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. While no experience is necessary, previous experience in customer support or a related field is an asset. Essential
