Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Data Entry Specialist to fill a key role on our administrative support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our database, creating spreadsheets to track important client information, and providing basic administrative support as required. Key Responsibilities Create spreadsheets to track important client information and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Input text-based and numerical information from sources into our database, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Provide occasional administrative support, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Type in data quickly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 1+ years' work experience in a similar role preferred: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is highly desirable.
High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
