Job Summary As an experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and experience in our retail pharmacy environment. You will interact with customers, develop strong patient relationships, and assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy.

You will also be responsible for data entry, prescription processing, and other clerical duties. Key Responsibilities * Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation of prescriptions, medication management, and patient counseling. * Interact with customers, develop strong patient relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. * Perform data entry, prescription processing, and other clerical duties, including the use of pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.

* Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications. * Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly pharmacy department, including restocking supplies and ensuring a positive patient experience. * Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security. * Participate in ongoing education and training programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB) or registration (RPhT) preferred.

* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals. * Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications. * Proficiency in computer applications, including pharmacy systems and software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare role. * Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, medication management, and patient counseling. * Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software, including data entry and prescription processing. * Experience with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications. * Certification as a pharmacy technician (PTCB) or registration (RPhT).
