This Opportunity As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our policyholders. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service experience to our policyholders in every interaction * Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs related to their home and/or auto policy * Explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate * Initiating claims according to claims best practices, as assigned * Promoting digital self-service capabilities on all transactions * Utilizing multiple computer applications with accuracy * Working in a fast-paced, complex environment while multitasking * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
Key Responsibilities: * Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand * Provide exceptional customer service experience to our policyholders in every interaction * Handle inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs related to their home and/or auto policy * Be the first point of contact to our policyholders, explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate * Initiate claims according to claims best practices, as assigned * Promote digital self-service capabilities on all transactions * Utilize multiple computer applications with accuracy * Work in a fast-paced, complex environment while multitasking * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
Qualifications: * A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to empathize with customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while multitasking * Strong attention to detail * Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment * The ability to work in a collaborative environment * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Bilingual – (Spanish/English is a plus) to develop and enhance strong impactful customer relationships * High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: * The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency, and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-bolthires recognition.
