Senior Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Office, Warehouse, and Transporter personnel nationwide Working cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements Processing customer claims and managing them throughout their lifecycle Researching and investigating root causes for submitted claims to determine appropriate resolutions Answering incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries Proactively keeping current on product knowledge and process standard work Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and improve processes We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 3-5 years of customer service or inside/outside sales experience (industrial environment preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems preferred We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
