Job Summary: Join arenaflex as an Experienced Customer Experience Agent to become an expert in handling the most pressing needs and concerns of arenaflex's millions of partner vendors, clients, and dashers worldwide. As a key member of our Commercial Center Live Activities team, you will be part of an exciting, rapidly growing group dedicated to taking our support to the next level. You will report directly to the Commercial Center Live Activities Manager. About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to as a Commercial Center Live Activities Agent.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Messages for arenaflex's partner vendors, clients, and dashers worldwide while maintaining an exceptional experience in each interaction. Key Responsibilities: * Handle time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or investigations with impressive skill as quickly as possible. * Foster deep mastery in how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to utilize them to drive positive results.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) * At least 1 year of experience investigating customer issues using email, phone, and chat * Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) * Excellent technical skills, including typing speed of 40 WPM * Experience in a high-speed customer support role and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment * Strong written communication skills, including first-class grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and informally using arenaflex's brand voice and tone * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * High capacity to understand individuals at their core and build relationships * Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities * Experience maintaining a high level of impressive skill * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred
