Job Summary As an IT Site Director at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the IT department, including: * Investigating complex application, equipment, and network issues * Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets * Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to provide exceptional IT support * Developing and implementing IT procedures and guidelines to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community * Working closely with the organization's leaders to identify, recommend, develop, and implement bolthires-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth
Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily activities of the IT department, including network design and implementation, project management, leadership of local IT Support Specialists, data cabling, and system administration in various software and hardware environments * Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems * Collaborate with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to provide exceptional IT support * Develop and implement IT procedures and guidelines to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community * Work closely with the organization's leaders to identify, recommend, develop, and implement bolthires-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth * Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to respond to emergency situations Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field * 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment * bolthires certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP * Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including the Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0 * Skills in areas of IT, including bolthires Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies * Advanced problem-solving skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment * Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications * Experience with data cabling and PC hardware maintenance * Proven track record of leading IT Support teams * Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including face-to-face and phone/radio communication with peers, management, employees, and vendors * Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages * Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Participation in an on-call rotation and availability to respond to emergency situations * Experience working in a SLA-driven environment * Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment * Cisco CCNA certification * Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management * Ability to manage high-priority projects * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision * Ability to travel up to 25% * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation What We Offer * Competitive salary of $28/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities to work with a variety of hardware and software technologies * Collaborative and supportive team environment If you are a motivated and independent individual with a passion for delivering exceptional IT support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
